Mawlamyine Travel Guide

When it comes to the idea of where to sample the charm of Southern Myanmar, Mawlamyine is probably one of the most inspirational destinations. From stupa-capped hills to rich delta, from British colonial heritages to exotic mosques, Mawlamyine charms its visitors by both cultural and landscape contrasts. That is why both English writer George Orwell and Rudyard Kipling mentioned about this land in their Myanmar books.
