Zegyo Market
Also known as Zaycho market, this biggest fair of the city has everything you need from vegetables to finest jewelry. It is the biggest and oldest market in north part of Myanmar expanding over 12 acre with full shops and street vendors.
Literrally, Zaycho in Burmese mean " very cheap" and whether it really means that or not, you can find many imported goods from China, Thailand and the neighboring states

Jade Market
Mahar Aung Myay Market or Jade market is the most well known place for precious stones trade. There is a wide range of rock from huge chunks to tiny fragments exposed in the morning and in the afternoon time gems make their appearance.
Though Jade is mostly mined in Kachin state, Mandalay is the most busiest market for it in north Myanmar.
