Day 01: Yangon / Inle - Kyaing Tung

Start your Kyaing Tong Trekking with a flight from Yangon or Heho airport.
Upon arrival, you will be picked up by our tour guide for the hotel transfer.
The remainder of the day is to explore some of the regional highlights such as Mahamyatmuni Buddha Image, the most impressive Wat Jom Kham Pagoda or and R.C.M church.

Day 02 : Trek to Akha & Ann Villages

After breakfast, depart from Kyaing Tong to Pin Tauk Area Pon Ping village. A short hike will bring you to the Pin Tauk waterfall where you will have a nice picnic lunch.
The afternoon trek will bring you to the villages of Akha hill tribe. There are chances to observe traditional work of Rice Wine distillation in Wan Kan village or Shan paper at Wan Lau. Do not forget to photograph the Ann ethnic who has a unique black teeth.
Transfer back to town for leisure.

Day 03: Kyaing Tong - Loi Mwe - Kyaing Tong

This day, we kick off by visiting Kyaing Tong Bazaar, a perfect introduction to Chinese marchants.
After the market, embark on a 2 hour scenic drive to Loi Mwe, litterally means Misty mountain. Spend the day to tackle all the best of this former British hill station lying on the elevation of 1,600m. This is one of the most breathtaking Myanmar Trekking areas which is filled by historical sites and natural wonders.
The highlights today include beautiful rice terraces, Nang Cho Wa and Pang Y village, home to Lahu hill tribe. En route, you are invited to join local family at their farm to truly soak up Shan farming experience.
Drive back to town for leisure. Free to discover the town.

Day 04: Kyaing Tong - Chinese Border

Breakfast at your hotel then take a car journey to Mong La, known as "opium-free zone" .
This frontier town remains one of the most mysterious cities in Asia, boasting the strong Chinese influence. Stop for a visit to Dway Nagara Golden Pagoda, followed with Drug Eradication Museum.
Return to Kyaing Tong in the afternoon.

Day 05 : Kyaing Tong Departure

This morning, we head to Dhat Zoam Doi ancient pagoda. After the visit, we meet another village of Akha which is slightly different from what you have visited before at Wan Sai Village.
Our driver will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
