Irrawaddy Dolphin watching

The record of Myanmar nature states there is about 90 fresh Dolphin living in Irrawaddy in north Myanmar on the route from Mandalay to Bhamo.  By accessing the Myayzun, a tranquil village between Mingun and Kyaukmyaung, you will have chance to spot these rare dolphins in their natural residential environment.

Paleik Monastery

Located 24km far from Mandalay, Paleik or Snake monaster is a famous Buddhism attraction for the locals. This temple houses a sacred Buddha statue surrounded by snakes. According to villagers, the pythons represent Buddha and bring good lucks for them.

Dee Doke Waterfall 

A motorbike adventure to Dee Doke is truly off the beaten track. It may take up to 2 hours if you ride on a secluded road either from Mandalay or Pyn Oo Lwin ( 60 and 50km from each city).
Dee Doke’s ride allows you to absorb in the wild nature with mountain vistas that Mandalay has to offer. If you arrive in the afternoon, it is hard to resist swimming in a nature pool and enjoy the the exotic atmostphere created by the local tourists.
