The walk commences from Sule pagoda, passing the remarkable city hall and a number of British colonial building like High Court, Baptist Church. A stop for high tea at Strand Hotel allows you to discover the history of this hundred year old build from British Era.
Afternoon time is the time for museum of U Thant Museum then wander along the shady park of Kandawgyi. Finish your day by Shwedagon, the most remarkable pagogda.
Day 2:Thanlyin - Circular Train - Puppet Traditional Work
After breakfast at your hotel, depart for Thanlyn, a serene town by so-called river. This is home to unique traditional work of dry fish, pottery and where you can capture the signature of Portugese church. The highlighted visit is to Kyaik Khauk pagoda which locates in the middle of the river.
Upon your way back to Yangon, embark a train ride which offers intimate local encounters then stop for Chauktatgyi pagoda, famous for its biggest reclining Buddha statue.
The rest of your visit is to learn how traditional puppet is produced and performed. Transfer back to your hotel. End of service.
