Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Tamu – Gangaw

Upon your arrival at Tamu international border, our tour guide will welcome you and help to clear the custom with the necessary documents. Start driving from Tamu to Gangaw, a rustic town in north Myanmar. The road trip today is totally out of tourist track and you are free to make visits on the way with our friendly tour guide. Day 02: Gangaw to Bagan

After breakfast, hit the scenic road that across rugged mountains, beautiful river valleys and serene hamlets. Reaching Bagan in the afternoon and enjoy a river cruise sunset on Irrawaddy River.

Day 03: Bagan sightseeing

Spend full day to explore the most notable temples and pagodas in this sacred plain. You will start by Nyang Oo market, the main hub of Bagan attracting local villagers come to trade farm produces, food and handicrafts.
The next stop Shwewigon, the most important reliquary shrine - look out for images of the 37 'nats' (spirits) housed in a small hall. Next, you will explore " Cave temple" - the Kyansittha then Gubyaukgyi in Wetkyi Inn village. The tour also visits Htilominlo, Thatbyinnyu and Ananda, famous for its Mon architect housing four What you will not miss today also include - the tallest temple with the spire rising up to 61 metres Afternoon time is spent to get face to face with the big temple dated back to 1170 AD, the Dhammayangyi then Mingalazedi, the last of the large pagodas built in the 13th Century.

Day 04: Bagan to Nyang Shwe

After breakfast, kick off from Bagan gently through palm forests, local plantation until you reach the mountains of Shan State where there are only few small towns on the way. Your drive is full of pleasure as you stop by Kalaw, a beautiful reflection of British colonial architect before descending to Nyang Shwe town, the main getway to see Inle Lake.

Day 05: Inle Lake sightseeing

Today we leave your vehicle free and embark on a boat trip to uncover the lake of Inle. The Inle sightseeing will take you through the varied landscapes formed by stilt villages, floating gardens, the pilgrimage site of Phang Daw Oo pagoda as well different traditional workshops such as silk weaving, black smith. Enjoy your sunset by the lakeside.

Day 06: Nyang Shwe – Naypyidaw

The road this day combines small lanes winding over the mountain sides with highway until you reach the capital of Naypyidaw. Overnight in town.

Day 07: Naypyitaw to Kyaikhtiyo

After breakfast, we speed up on the highway before turning to the area of Kyaikhtiyo, known for its stunning Golden Rock. Our guide is available to arrange a visit to this holy site in the afternoon.

Day 08: Kyaikhtiyo to Myawaddy Border – Thailand

Depart from Kyaikhtiyo for Myawaddy border. Upon arrival, our guide will assist you with the documents to exit Burma.
