Covid Situation in Myanmar 2023
From 1st of January to 1st March 2023, there is no Covid case in Myanmar.Again, please note that many Asian countries do not need a Vaccination certificate to travel but you need that for a trip to Myanmar.
Internal Myanmar Flights
Flights between cities still work in Myanmar. The most frequent flight route is Yangon - Mandalay as it connects the two biggest economic hubs of the country.From Yangon, you can easily fly to Bagan, Heho - the main getaway to access Inle Lake or Kalaw.
During the tourism season from late October to April, flight frequency is high among all the big travel spots including Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan, and Inle Lake.
Summer flights: there are no flights from Mandalay to Bagan or Mandalay to Inle Lake until the 1st of September. Instead, a car journey is a good alternative mood of travel for these trips.
