Putao Rafting Adventure
The Maykha river, dubbed as the " everest of rivers" is located in the far north Myanmar, taking the white water from the snowcapped mountains of Putao area and its primitive jungle is one of the best places to seek the thrill for all rafting adventurers. The rapids are so inspiration as you encounter the truly wild area of the Myanmar country.

Day 01: Putao arrival
You will take a flight from Yangon or Mandalay to Putao this day. The flight arrives in the afternoon and we leave the rest of the day for your leisure to explore some nearby villages.
You can opt to travel down river the Nam Lang to soak up the green and stunning nature near Yegyawdi village before setting your night in Putao town.

Day 02: Putao – Malikha river
Leave Putao for a ride to Machanbaw. You will have time to capture some colonial houses before having brief preparation with our rafting expert. Start venturing down river from the confluence of Mula and Malikha rivers. Navigate our own way through white river beaches and lush tropical forests.
After passing serveral rapids, stay leisure at at gentle part of the river. Settle your evening by the river bank.

Day 03: Machanbaw - NaungKai – Putao
Today, you will enjoy 3 hours paddling downstream the Malikha river then switch to a longtail boat to our pack lunch spot and then continue onwards to NaungKai village. Our vehicle has been waiting here to transfer you back to Putao (1 hour drive). Dinner and overnight at Putao lodge.

Day 04: Putao departure
The day is left at your own discovery of Putao. Our guide will remain at your disposal to explore local market or some unique villages.
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight to Yangon/ Mandalay.
