Esperado situates near the south eastern bank of Kandawgyi lake and just accross the road, you can enjoy a nice wood-bridge walk to some famous tourist attractions in the area like Karaweik Badge, Royal Park. The hotel is a good base for Yangon City Tour and other sightseeing.
It takes about 45 minutes from the hotel to the airport while accessing downtown is within 10-15 minutes. It is closed to many banks and business center as well.

Esperado Hotel offers 4 types of rooms including Deluxe, Premier, City View and Lake View.
The deluxe rooms are 28m with city views while premier view room is 33m large, attached with either lake view or city view.
